How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping takes 3–5 business days anywhere in the contiguous United States and is free on orders over $50 ($6.95 otherwise). Express shipping takes 2 business days for $16.95. Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take 2–4 days longer.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not right now. We currently ship to all 50 states, Washington DC, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO military addresses.
How do I track my order?
As soon as your shipping label is created you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can also reply to your order confirmation email and we'll look it up for you.
What is your return window?
14 days from delivery for most items. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Gift cards are non-returnable. See our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
How do I pay for my order?
Send your order request from the checkout page. Our team will reply to confirm your order and send you a secure way to pay — we never ask for card details by email.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes — email or call us as soon as possible and we'll do our best. Once a tracking number is generated, please use our standard return process.
